Constantine Korologos is the founder and principal of Leonidas Partners, LLC, a Wesley Chapel, Florida-based commercial real estate advisory firm serving institutional investors, family offices, lenders, and litigation counsel. With over three decades of experience across CRE finance, valuation, and capital markets, he brings rare breadth to every engagement.
